Ahmed Khalifa Rashid Muhammad Al-Shahoumi (October 21, 1971) is a Kuwaiti lawyer who is a member of the Kuwaiti National Assembly, Vice President of the Kuwaiti National Assembly and a member of the Lawyers Association and the Journalists Association. He participated in the 2003 Kuwaiti National Assembly elections in the twelfth constituency, and won the third place with 1,886 votes and lost the elections. He participated in the 2006 Kuwaiti National Assembly elections in the twelfth constituency, and won the second place with 3772 votes and won the elections. 2009 in the first constituency, and won the fifteenth place with 5453 votes, and lost the elections. He also participated in the Kuwaiti National Assembly elections 2020 in the first constituency, and ranked third with 4,129 votes, and won the elections and also won the position of Vice President of the Council.
